The Computer Security Symposium 2025 was held over five days from Monday, October 27 to Friday, October 31, at the Okayama Convention Center. It was co-sponsored by the IPSJ Special Interest Group on Computer Security (CSEC) and the Special Interest Group on Security Psychology and Trust (SPT), and featured a variety of associated workshops.
Presentations and poster sessions covered a wide range of security-related topics, including fundamental theories of computer security, communication protocols, computer architecture, operating systems, applications, case studies, management and operations, as well as psychological and social scientific perspectives.
Many participants from industry, academia, and government attended, engaging in lively discussions throughout the event.
Next year's CSS2026 is scheduled to be held in Hamamatsu.
