The 2025 cryptography and Information Security Symposium (scis2025) was held at the Rihga Royal Hotel Kakura for four days from January 28 to 31. It includes quantum cryptography, symmetric key cryptography, public key cryptography, AI Security, block chains, privacy protection, IoT security and so on. Two invited lectures, night sessions and social gathering were held. There were many interesting talk and QA. I met the author whose paper I used to cite. We exchanged the idea about the UPKE and felt a further understanding about UPKE.
