The 15th Africa Crypt conference was held in Douala, Cameroon. This was the first time the conference took place in Cameroon. Apart from participants from Cameroon, the largest number of attendees came from France. The discussions at the conference were actively conducted in both English and French.

There were 35 submissions, and 19 papers were accepted, resulting in an acceptance rate of 54%. The conference featured three invited talks:

Atsuko Miyaji, "Privacy-preserving Machine Learning Framework"
Luca De Feo, "The Isogeny Toolbox"
Each presentation was followed by many questions from the audience and very active discussions. It was an international conference that showed the high level of interest in the security field in Cameroon.
