The 18-th International Conference on Network-Based Information Systems (NbiS-2015) was held at the Taipei Campus of Tamkang University, Taiwan during 2nd to 4th September 2015.

NBiS has attempted to bring together people interested in information and networking, in areas that range from the theoretical aspects to the practical design of new network systems, distributed systems, multimedia systems, Internet/web technologies, mobile computing, intelligent computing, pervasive/ubiquitous networks, dependable systems, semantic services, Grid, P2P, and scalable computing. NBiS 2015 consists of the main conference and 8 workshops. There are 209 submissions were received from all over the world and there are 59 papers were accepted (about 28% acceptance ratio) which will be presented during three days of the conference.
