ISEC was held at the Kikai Shinkou Kaikan in Tokyo. About 40 people attended the conference and there are 8 presentations.
Although there ware few contents, they were various contents such as public-key cryptography, private-key cryptography, network security, quantum computing, hash function, and so on. It had a discussion actively and was a valuable conference.
